Warranty Information

1. One year for DR COFFEE MACHINE warranty against factory defects with parts and labor. Transportation expense, accommodation and meal (if applicable) of staffs for locations outside Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao are chargeable.

2. Service unit/s may be provided by vendor in replacement of the unit/s to be pulled-out (when necessary) upon request of client without additional cost. Machine brand and model is subject to availability.

3. Malfunction caused by improper handling/operation of machine (especially by person/s not trained by vendor, and), procedure/s not approved by vendor), descaling service, and all wear and tear parts, such as o-rings, are not covered by warranty.

4. Client must provide a sufficient Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), to avoid damage from unstable electrical supply. Failure to provide adequate AVR will void the warranty. AVR requirement for M12 Big Plus is at least 5,000Watts.

5. The company reserves the right to decide on the method of dealing with a claim under this warranty condition.
